Deluxe content buy en EA

Hello,

I bought the deluxe version directly from Ea in pc platform. And I been playing for almost 40h already and I can't find or see all the deluxe content in the game.

I checked and the complements are install, I repaired the game a few times already, and still can't see the deluxe content.

Ea help said that they can't do nothing and they referred here to try to find a solution.

Thank you. I hope I can get what a pay before I finish the game.

    What you named are cosmetic packs, not the actual content - e.g., DL-44 blaster, Scoundrel cosmetic.

    If you have confirmed you do not have the DL-44 blaster, search this forum for "deluxe content" and try the solutions. Here is an example.

    If those don't work, contact EA support via chat instead of email.

    What Deluxe content are you not seeing that you believe you should be seeing?

    Hello,

    All the content.... I don't see anything. It's like if i get only the game not de deluxe version.

    I repaired the game few times and still nothing.

    If you want help from others, you're going to need to provide more specifics. "I don't see anything" doesn't help.

    What is an example of Deluxe content you believe you are supposed to have but don't.

    Sorry but I thought I been really clear when I said I don't have anything what's supposed to be in the deluxe version. Because the deluxe version only includes the game and 2 packs of cosmetics.

    So I'm saying that after 40 hours playing I can't find any cosmetics that comes in deluxe version, "new hero" neither "galactic hero".

    Ea help after 4 emails that they were predefined with 0 content about my problem, they said to me that they can do nothing, and they referred to here to see if someone can help. So I'm sorry if i been rude but I find this unacceptable from EA, and a frude if I can't have a solution because I pay for something I don't have.

    Wait I was told ALL Deluxe content are just cosmetic. Are you saying we don't get a blaster in the standard edition?
