Can't progress the game, broken force pull

Hi, I can't use the force pull on an object on the ceiling, which opens the door needed to progress the game further. It's almost the beginning of the mission on planet Nova Garon, the mission goal is to Locate Bode.  I've tried to use the force in different places without any luck. There should be a hint for using the force, but there is nothing, I've tried to use the force anyway with no effect. I've searched the internet and found out that some people had simillar problems but in different stage of the game, loading the game worked for them, but not in my case. Reinstalling of the game doesn't work either. I've tried other save file (earlier backup) but with the same zero result.
