Deluxe custeme

Hi after buying the deluxe edition i dont have any deluxe custems. I look at my EA app and that said that instaled. I restard the game but still nothing. please help

I can't launch Jedi Survivor, and no troubleshooting options work
What should I do at this point, as it's been two months since launch, and not even being able to get the game to launch or the EA App to show any of my games or work at all is ridiculous
