Stormtrooper dummy not spawning in Blaster Tutorial.

As far as I know I haven't done anything out of the ordinary, but when the cutscene ended there was no Stormtrooper dummy, and since I can't exit the tutorial I assume I'm soft-locked until I reload my save from 30 minutes ago.
