DLSS 3 upscaler and Frame generation showing as unsupported (RTX4090)

Product: STAR WARS Jedi: Survivor
Platform:PC
Summarize your bug DLSS 3 upscaler and Frame generation showing as unsupported both my GPU and CPU should be supported.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Launch game with a AMD Ryzen Threadripper 7960X + RTX4090
What happens when the bug occurs? DLSS options disabled.
What do you expect to see? DLSS options enabled.

Both of these options are supported and enabled on my other games, see DXDiag.txt for specs (I have a RTX4090 and a RTX4070)

    Check "Window Mode". Mine is set to "Windowed Fullscreen" and those options are enabled.

    No, windowed fullscreen mode doesnt not work. This is something they have hardcoded incorrectly unfortunately.

    I'm not following. I said I'm running in Windowed Fullscreen, so what makes you say it doesn't work?

    There is nothing in the screenshots you provided that shows you cannot change "Window Mode" to "Windowed Fullscreen". I suggest you re-read my posts.

    I already said I tried "Windowed Fullscreen" I dont know why u want me to do this anyway, it should work in fullscreen!

    This is a hardcoded issue, changing the screen mode wont do anything, leave it to the developers please...

    Where can I raise a bug for this then? I need to talk to a dev.

    I can force it via Geforce Experience now (that was broken until version 551.86 say it didnt support my CPU).

    Pretty poor support for this game.
