Pilgrim's Sanctuary is where jump dash becomes available. I can't remember if it's before or after that part of the storyline. Make sure you're using it, if you have it. I do remember, though, that it took me a couple tries at first.

Make sure you have a running start.

double jump and dash. If you have it, dash will be listed in your abilities along with the appropriate key/controller sequence.

I don't see any other reports of dash not working, so watch the tutorial in your Abilities section and make sure you are using the correct key/button sequence, particularly if you did custom key/controller mapping. There are also "how to use dash" videos on-line, if you google.

I agree with sylvain34450 here. This bit and jumping across the stone archways after the rope swing to jump onto the "temple" is near impossible. Tried so many times and tried to wait for double jump till the last nanosecond. Got past sylvain34450 one but the next one is harder I think. It might need a patch to make it slightly easier.

So I managed to get past that bit but then realised the rest of the mission is basically a knock off TitanFall. I don't want or need another TitanFall game. I want a Jedi/Star Wars game. Luke Skywalker never spent the entire movie flipping and jumping around like an epileptic at a laser show. I think the devs need to come up with better ideas that trying to knock off a bunch of code from TitanFall.
