During a pivotal cutscene, Cal appears as Cere.

Summarize your bug During the cutscene where Cal finds Cere's body, the model of Cal is replaced with that of Cere, thus making it appear as though there are two Ceres. This did not happen during my first playthrough, but it did occur on my next couple playthroughs. Skipping through the cutscene does change Cere back into Cal, though the fact that this issue even occurs in the first place is quite troublesome.
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? During the cutscene of Cere's death and Cal finding her body.
What happens when the bug occurs? Cal appears as Cere until I either skip through the cutscene or exit the game.
What do you expect to see? Cal not appearing as Cere during this cutscene.
