Final boss: the no damage bug that is somehow tied to glitched out beacons

I am so close to the Platinum on PS5 Pro, but the game bugged out and now I can’t do damage or open certain doors. The usual fix is to place beacons (using map if you can or BD view) but no matter how I place the beacons, they clip through the map so I cannot CLEAR ALL. One beacon is 2billion meters away, so I cannot delete it any other way. I have fast traveled to other places, entered and exited combat, etc.

please EA, add an option to clear all beacons without having to highlight an existing beacon. Or let us clear all using BD vision. or just fix this bug that has existed since launch. PLEASE
