I am happy to share that the June 20 patch indeed includes a fix that resolves the broken bounties issue.

If you continue to experience this issue, please make sure to restart your game.
Update June 24, 2023: Because many players have confirmed that the original issue, which this thread is about, has been fixed with the most recent patch of STAR WARS Jedi: Survivor™️, we are going to close the thread to stop it from going off-topic too much.
