This is now Resolved Thanks for all the info and videos. Working on a fix to ensure the updrafts turns on. Update: Patch 4 should have resolved this for everyone. If you run into any new issues please create a new post letting us know what you are running into.

Summarize your bug In the devastated settlement meditation point, after you fight the droids and do the force-push Koboh matter puzzle, and get the powering orb, you must put it into a turret of sorts to aim the beam releasing the geyser for the flying creature. Every time I enter the turret I am unable to leave it. The only way to get out of it is to reload save after going to the main menu.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Enter the Koboh matter turret.
What happens when the bug occurs? No control or prompt appears to exit the animation. Unable to exit by pressing the drop button or interact button.
What do you expect to see? To be able to exit the turret.

Yeah, exactly the same here. Can't continue the game at this point.
Happens here with the current Version from EA.
To clarify: My bug is with the turret. I can free the vent, but not "leave" the turret afterwards. This happens both with powered and unpowered turret. As soon as i use it, i'm stuck.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go in the Mission Research Tanalorr, on koboh. after using the energy thingy to activate the laser, im stuck in the menu
What happens when the bug occurs? just stuck, no button works. even going to main menu doesnt fix it
What do you expect to see? a way to exit the laser

@m0ll563wzirz If the question was for me , then no , i tried the usual : closing the game and loading it up again , changin difficulty , going with fast travel to other zone and getting back , going to another planet and getting back and reinstalling the game , still stuck...

I have this problem too, only it's the last updraft. You can clearly see there is no koboh matter blocking it yet it acts like it's still blocked. The game is basically soft locked since i can't progress the main campaign. I'm on Ps5. I've tried leaving the area, leaving the planet, quitting the game, closing the game, and restarting my console. Nothing remedies it ☹️ hoping for a fix soon since I've spent 10+ hours already.
