[FIXED] Rayvis bossfight glitched

I’m having the same issue, but on PS5. Happened when we died at the same time and now I can’t progress ☹️

Any fix? I’m having the same issue

Summarize your bug Rayivs Boss on Lunar Base won't die after depleting his 2nd phase health bat.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I believe the cause was killing 2nd phase Rayvis at the same time he kills you, starting the cutscene and then going to death screen.
What happens when the bug occurs? Boss won't die after checkpoint reset. Cutscene won't play and he keeps fighting.
What do you expect to see? A fix that'll let me progress through the story or some workaround so that I won't need to wait for a patch.

I was fighting Rayvis in the Lunar Station. I managed to get his health to zero at the same time one of his rockets hit me. The cutscene after 2nd boss phase started playing but then it cut to death screen. After going back to last checkpoint, now the cutscene from 1st to 2nd phase won't play (he just "transforms" to his second form) and when I deplete his health on 2nd phase, the cutscene won't play and he keeps fighting me.

Tried reloading checkpoint, restarting the game, going back as far as I can on the map to "reload" area (fast travel is not available) and nothing works.

I have the same issue. Cannot proceed with the game, cutscene started as my body hit the floor, then a second after that the death screen popped up and i can not kill rayviss. 

Same exact issue. 

I’m stuck there with you. I’ve tried backtracking and everything. It’s a bummer bc it was a fun fight.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Die at the same time Rayvis dies
What happens when the bug occurs? After we traded deaths, a cutscene began to play to then be interrupted by the game over screen. After starting the fight over again and seemingly beating him again, Rayvis’s health never dropped below 1 HP and constantly regenerated his health and can’t be beaten.
What do you expect to see? I hope to see this bug fixed because as it stands, I cannot continue the game.

Same Error on PC, i'm stuck.

This morning while launching the game this one crashed twice, once launched I continue the adventure and I arrive quickly at the fight with Rayvis which during all the cinematic was invisible. then as for the others the 1st phase of the bump no problem but after it becomes invincible...

Thanks for reaching out. I'd like to make sure I understand the issue. If you die at the same time as the boss Rayvis do you respawn in the same area and the fight automatically restarts? What happens if you beat the boss after respawning? 

If I'm missing something there or have the wrong understanding of things, please let me know.

@EA_Lannano you spawn back at the nearest meditation point. Then the next time you go to defeat Rayvis in the boss fight you can take him down to his second stage but you can’t defeat him in his second stage. His health bar reaches empty but it doesn’t trigger the cutscene or anything he just keeps fighting you even though his bar is at empty. no matter what you do or how ever many times you die the boss will stay glitched like this.
