Yeah, similar story even as soon as the Shortcut you unlock to get from the Bog back to the Gorge Crash Site.
3 "Lift" Stones that you need to rise in sequence to reach an echo visible in the distance and i just do not seem to be able to target/Lift the stones consistently to be able to make the puzzle in time. Pretty frustrating. I'd upload a video, but apparently the file size is too large.

Having the same issue and it started in the Lucrehulk with an elevator you have to slam. I had to walk into the room and move the camera in weird ways for over 15 mins. I simply gave up on the stone puzzle you referenced.
I have the same issue, just can't select the first rocks, I can lift the second fine, but can't get to them without the first one lifted. I had the same issue earlier in the game with some lifts, but was able to jump around and after some time lock on, but no luck with these rocks.
