I have this bug as well. I confirmed I have all 15 force tears but the Coruscant force tear shows an error in the name and is keeping me from getting this trophy that I need for platinum.
I tried reinstalling the game data and I tried NG+ (three times) and it doesn't pop the trophy.
I am on PS5 and my game is on the latest update.
