@josebaldwin This one is definitely busted, but are you sure Caij is? I've seen people complaining about it not progressing, but the real problem is that they just haven't advanced the main quest line far enough for more bounty hunters to become available. (If you already tried that, ignore me!)

@ShotFromGuns Yes, I’ve finished the game and was going for 100% I think it gave me the Oso bounty early and that caused the bug.
