Same thing happens to me on PC, 29th of August 2023. The Coruscant Force Tear has the same “%%Error void tear name” which is not allowing me to complete the Achievement. I have 100% on all collectibles on all planets, so I for sure did not miss any force tear. I even checked all of them. Just the Coruscant one is bugged and doesn't allow me to get the achievement ☹️
It's unbelievable that this is STILL happening so many months after release. We're paying to beta test and still not even getting the issues fixed.
New patch corrects the “Force Tear %%Error Tear Name” issue. But still does not pop the achievement.
Same here “Force Tear %%Error Tear Name” issue has been resolved. But still do not have the achievement. Attempted to launch game through EA app and rested several times in Meditation point. Loved the game but this achievement is keeping me from 100% and this has been a known issue for MONTHS now. Patch 7 did not fix the issue.
