Hey Guys, I ran in into this problem too and I fixed it. Here's what I did and I hope it fixes it for you.
First off, these are my specs:
Desktop
Ryzen 5950X
64 GB RAM
RTX 3090
1. Restarted the game
2. Before loading into the game, I turned off the following:
- Ray Tracing
- Motion Blur - (I turned this off at the beginning of my play through because fk motion blur)
- Film Grain
- Chromatic Aberration
3. Then I loaded up into the game, skipped that big **bleep** monster thing, and went straight for the Fractured Tradition quest.
4. Completed it, and it didn't crash. After that I went back to the save point and continued on my way.
