Game Breaking Bug at 'Check on Cordova's Progress'

Product: STAR WARS Jedi: Survivor
Platform:Xbox Series X
Summarize your bug Currently at "Check on Cordova's Progress" right after the campfire/kiss on Jedah. Saw a cosmetic box so I jumped off the ledge you wake up on and now I can't get back up. Neither entrance to The Archives lets you in the doors are both locked. I've tried everything to get back into the archives but I'm completely locked out, the game is basically over.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When you finished the campfire/tea scene on Jedah and Kiss Cere you wake up and are asked to check on Cordova's progress. You can see a cosmetic box to the right when looking out over the overlook, and you can jump down to get it, but when you do there is no way to get back into the archives to progress through the rest of the game.
What happens when the bug occurs? The game is basically over.
What do you expect to see? Some way to get back into the Archives on Jedah and continue the mission.

There needs to be some sort of way to open the doors to the Archives or a zip line to get back up to the ledge and check on Cordova's progress. Turning navigation hints on just runs you around in a loop because the game cannot figure out how to navigate you to the archives.

    Still haven't found a fix.

    I was actually able to glitch out of the map and walk underneath close to the entrance but I just couldn't jump far enough and kept falling into this black abyss.

    That's the closest I've come to hacking my way to where we need to be.

    I have about 20 hours sunk into this and there is absolutely no way to get back up. Hopefully they add a balloon or zipline or something!

    Super disappointing that the new patch has done nothing to address this. 38 hours into the game and I'm twiddling my thumbs waiting for this to be fixed so I can actually finish it.

    Literally trying to find a solution right now. 

    it’s been over a year and they’ve never fixed it. And it’s a pretty common problem.  

    I’ll never buy another Jedi game again. Literally 40 hours lost. 

    I’ve tried absolutely every glitch imaginable. Nothing. 

    literally all they have to do is allow fast travel or a way to open one of those doors or ad a grappling hook drone there to get back up. 

    there’s like 5 easy fixes but they don’t care. Terrible developer and customer service.
