I'm trying to play the game on an Xbox series x, disc version. The hard drive is less than 60% full with the game installed on the hard drive. I installed the game and update. Version is 1.0.0.7.The game crashes during initial loading at the following places:Respawn splash screens (7/10 of the time), the EA logo (1/10) and then maybe 1/10 I see the Jedi temple, two small lightsaber icons and nothing else. Then 1/10 times I see a terms of use or something screen that's faded like it's in the background. The game screen freezes and then a few seconds later I'm kicked back out to the Xbox home screen. I've never been able to even start a new game.I have tried the following:Cycled router power, cycled Xbox on/off, uninstall/re-install 3x. Changed gamer pic to default. Turned HDR off, Ejected disc and made sure it was clean. Held power down for 10 seconds, unplugged for 10 seconds. Cleared alternate Mac address.

Update - I reset Xbox leaving games and apps. I did not import my old settings and left everything as default. Game still crashes.I erased the entire Xbox and re-installed. Still doesn't work What is the key to get a response? It's been a week and no support have replied.

Playing on series x, since the first update I have been unable to play this game. In the first week it was out I got about 20 hours into the story. Crash after crash, I was lucky to get to a nest spawn point. But once the first update happened I couldn’t get thru the main menu. Tried everything anybody online says to fix this besides factory resetting my Xbox since most people who are having these same issues say that didn’t work. But I have did delete my save file in an attempt to help but sadly it did not. Now the game freezes then crashes and sends me back to the Xbox Home Screen at the main menu after 5-20 seconds, if not then 5 seconds into the first cutscene. Please I want to play this game sooooo bad.

After many failed attempts I requested a refund. After refund, I purchased again and this time I was able to play all the way to arriving on Koboh. However, I turned off my console and it is now doing the same thing as before. Ideas??

The crashing issues have been going on since launch. For me as well on XSX.
But nobody has been able to get any solid info or remedies for it on the support forums as far as I know; and I've been lurking here since launch hoping for a resolution.

Been having the exact same issue since the first update. Very frustrating. Nothing helps and I’ve honestly given up on this game.

Lol right, my * got even more duped, I paid $300 for the collectors edition lol. A month after release and I still can’t get past the first cutscene. Just stuck playing with Cal’s lightsaber in real life I guess.
