On Jedha right after coming back on Jedha.

Without RT enabled.

Summarize your bug Anytime I play in the temple were Cere and Eno are found the game will crash or glitch massively anywhere near the elevators. I had a boss fight there also that kept crashing, the first glitch from my game was when I was escaping the sandstorm with merrin and once I arrived it crashed. You should activate the save system before a cutscene because I would be watching a cutscene in Jedah and the game would crash and load an earlier checkpoint. This is why it took me close to two hours to beat *boss* in the makeshift archives.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just play normally on Jeddah
What happens when the bug occurs? Just running around the temple will make my game crash
What do you expect to see? It's probably a visual glitch.

It was just random in Jedah in particular, I had to resort to trying to save my game as frequent as possible and also repair the game using the EA app and at one point I had to resort to reinstalling the game in it's entirety.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Everytime I got to the Merrin's in the desert camp the cut scene would start then get to the point that he is laying down and the game would crash. I sent in the crash report each time.
What happens when the bug occurs? The game crashes back to the desktop.
What do you expect to see? No crash

After turning off Ray Tracing the cut scene played fine.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I'm on main objective mission "give information to Cordova on Jedha". I am about to enter the archive room and the game crashes as soon as "veiled hangar" displays on the screen. Tried fast traveling to koboh and back and it still crashes, even after turning off raytracing and changing res from 4k to 2k

What do you expect to see? Bug fix

tried every fix I could think of, all drivers are up to date and im running on an RTX 4070

I have the newsiest drivers, I have verified steam files and ran a system checker, it still happens

What happens when the bug occurs? game crashes to desktop and bug report screen is launched
What do you expect to see? the game continuing without crashing

the game also crashed once on Coruscant and Koboh, but many times when I reached Jedha, making it unplayable.

Just finished up what I believe is the main story (haven't seen any spoilers so I'm just assuming this after last main fight) and every time I go to Jedha to speak with Cere & Cordova, the game crashes. It has always had problems running while on Jedha, but it has now become constant. Every time I go into the main archive chamber to speak to them, it crashes to desktop. Every single time! I cannot progress the game now.

I have tried reinstalling multiple times; I have moved the game away from my main Windows drive, I have tried the 'repair' function in the EA app. I have downgraded all the graphics settings and turned off ray tracing and nothing is helping.

Does anyone know of another solution?
