Downloaded the 3rd patch tonight on the XBOX Series X. Prior, the game crashes within 2-5 minutes past the opening logo screens. Tonight, made it through the opening cinematic then it crashed again. I've uninstalled/reinstalled 10 times. Reset my system 5 times with 3 factory resets. Rebuilt my router connection, reassigned MACs, changed my gamer tag picture, reset the ports, created a static IP, redownload the game after the 1.0.0.7 patch. Still nothing's improved the stability.
Going on a month and the farthest I've gotten is the second meditation point on the intro world. I am so tired of trying. I don't have but a few free hours in a week, and so far I've blown 6 hours troubleshooting and trying to play this game. I can't even get a different game code or a refund because I bought this through Best Buy digitally. I've never had this level of failure in a console game. Any other solutions EA?

How often does the bug occur? Every time (99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play the game on XSX... Cutscenes cause the game to crash almost 100% of the time.
What happens when the bug occurs? The game freezes and crashes back to the XSX home screen.
What do you expect to see? I expect to be able to play the game that I paid for. I have a broken product. I'm tempted to take it to the BBB.
Still unable to play the game weeks after launch. Constant crashing both in gameplay and in cutscenes... Especially in cutscenes. I paid nearly $100 for a broken product and have yet to receive assistance from EA. I feel like I'll need to relay this to the Better Business Bureau to make it anywhere.

EA support still has yet to respond with a solution or address the issue.
Absolutely ridiculous. Need to take this to the Better Business Bureau in order to get my money back from EA I suppose. This is absolutely unacceptable.
