Game do not starting Download

Do you thing i am a kid ? Ok for yours knowledge read these :I  was make  all possible steps to solve that problem ! I clear catch up many times ; i uninstalled and reinstalled  EA app for many times ; i reformatted HDD and i reinstalled fresh Windows and EA app , i have internet with 1 GB , all games on EA app starting download instantly only SW Jedi Survivor not ! I can not even ADD STAR WARS JEDI SURVIVOR ON MY LIBRARY !!! NOTHING WORK WITH THIS GAME ! I made EA PRO PLAY membership just for play SW Jedi Survivor ! Even online advisor doesn't solve this issue  ! So if you are so wisely if you say , what you do suppose to do ? I send you anticipate thanks for yours best solution !

i HOPE YOURS EA TEAM TO SOLVE THAT PROBLEMS BEFORE MY EA PRO PLAY MEMBERSHIP WILL EXPIRE !!!! THAT IS YOURS PROBLEMS NOT ON MY PC ! AND STOP BLA BLA BLA TALKING ON THE WIND AND DO YOURS JOB IN THERE !

Thanks for the additional information, would it be possible to get more information on what happens when you are unable to add it to your library? Do you get an error message, or what happens exactly? 

Also to confirm where you able to try the steps I mentioned above before or after you reformatted your HDD? 

I also wanted to check are you trying to play SW Jedi Survivor on the HDD or do you have an SSD to play it on?

How many words and no one solve , I'm tired to explain again and again ( Insanity Definition ) to many advisor this problem : READ THIS and Mark well !!! Greetings. I need a desperate help here with Star Wars Jedi Survivor game because every times when i try download him i receive this EA app message : "Ups you have problems with your download , something went wrong here , give as some few minutes and try again later !" and later try i get download error. Nothing is work good with this game , i can not add the game on my library too. I was make all steps to solve this issue , i was make many clear app catch , i uninstalled and reinstalled app many times , i started app in admin mode many times and finally i reinstalled a new fresh windows and EA app. I try with Aakash supervisor to solve this problem , He say is about some bug payments , he deactivate my EA PRO Play membership and he make a refund to reset my payment. Today i receive my refund and i have make a new PRO PLAY membership but i get same download error with SW Jedi Survivor game ! I can download all games instantly only Jedi Survivor don't start. I 

I hope this will be the last explication and yours will doing something to solve this problem !

Thanks for sharing this! We may be running into an issue with adding it to your account, To confirm you select the optoin to add the game to your library > attempt and fail at getting the game to download > then continue to have the option to add it to your library again?

If you have already tried the steps I mentioned above, could we see if creating a new local admin account makes any difference? 

Also, to check are you trying to install and play Jedi Survivor on an HDD or SSD?

OH MY GOD ! All Games works , all games starting download instantly only Jedi Jurvivor not ! I was made a new windows fresh instalation and a new EA app fresh instalation and same issue, Jedi survivor don;t starting download ! i can download every game from anywhere Uplay , Steam , Epic Games , Battlenet , Only Jedi survivor from Electronic Arts can't ! My Ea Pro Play will expire soon and i pay for nothing ! Should i must reclaim this issue to EA Manager ? And tell him his workers sleep on theyrs chairs and do nothing to solve this issue ?

im facing the same issue and when i tried to add it to library, i do not get an error message but i dont see the game being added to library. 

Same issue going on here and jedi survivor is the only game in ea app causing this. This is beyond frustrating, looked up on the internet and they have not been able to solve this for anybody !!! 14700k+4tb Gen 4+ 32gb ddr5+ 4090. Our PCs arent the issue here, it is the godforsaken absolutely disgusting technical support of EA

Same issue with Jedi Survivor. Other games start downloading immidiatly after pressing download button.
