Game freezing at the same point. (Calling the lift on renovation site 4733)

I had this issue a while back on my Xbox one s and just assumed it wasn't powerful enough to run it (got a refund). I then recently bought a series x and bought it again. I played and it froze again in the same spot. I tried clearing cache etc. but nothing has worked.

The problem is, I play fine up until this part, kill all of the troopers, call the lift to the terminal. The terminal comes up and then it freezes when they arrive. I can't press any button apart from the Xbox button. It says to hold "x" to make bode attack the targets which doesn't work.
