Game locked while defending the hanger. Force slam not working

While playing as Cere I get to the point where I need to use force slam to collapse the hanger ceiling. I see a red "NO" symbol and it will not trigger. I have tried all different ways to reboot, clear cache, power down restart and so on. I have played through the game 4 times already with no issues.
