Hi Everyone,
I wanted to check if anyone is still running into this, or if you recovered your progress.
If not, try downloading your save from the PS cloud to see if it has the most recent progress.
- Go to Settings > Saved Data and Game/App Settings.
- Select Saved Data (PS5) or Saved Data (PS4).
- Select Cloud Storage and select a game > Download to Console Storage.

Thank you for the reply but this solution doesn’t work. When selecting cloud data and downloading it to the console the same issue occurs where the data is a couple days old just like the console storage. So when I try to download the cloud storage it’s still placing me hours back from my original save and I can’t do anything to fix it. I know you are only the community manager and can’t really fix anything directly yourself, but if this issue could be passed around or talked about at least for PS5 that would be very helpful. I’ve saved the game and wait just like it told me to and even done it multiple times before logging off at this point I don’t even know what to say.
