Game Progression Lost on PS5

Hi! I've been playing on PS5. Gave the codes to Cere, rescued our friend on Koboh, and was doing side missions/exploring. Got trophies, was saving at the save points, and logged off for lunch/go to a...

If your console and cloud save both have you back at the 11hr point, your progress is not recoverable, sorry.

Can you please add a manual save feature? or the option to have multiple saves?
