Just had a crash whilst playing on PS5, message pop up about game saves not synced between console & cloud (differed by a day). I selected the most recent save, which was the console one from just before the game crashed, synced save with cloud, loaded up the game only to find I have been sent back by hours of progress, probably about a days worth of play when factoring in all the exploration & collectible gathering I'd been doing. I had progressed far enough to max out all my skill trees, checked those and they've all been bumped back. The game knows I've gotten past the Nova Garon mission, because I got the trophy for doing so, and there are others that I couldn't have received if I was where the game says I am now because they're storyline specific. Anyone had any luck in getting a decent response from EA about how they're going to support / compensate people for this?

I've had the unfortunate surprise to launch my game and see that my save is seen as "corrupted" and cannot be launched anymore.
Had almost 24hours on this save and it would be nice to have a solution.
It says there are no other copy of the file, but I find that hard to believe that there is nothing I can do right ?
Is there a way to get access to an earlier version of the corrupted file or something ?
