Same issue just happened to me today. I lost 2 months of game play progress translating into hundreds of hours lost. Contacted Playstation network--sorry nothing we can do and no refunds for any reason after 14 days.
Seriously EA, this is just pathetic. You guys constantly patch SWJS--more times than any of my other PS5 games and the game STILL crashes frequently. I am not going to spend another 2 months of my life getting back to where I was. Why should I, it could just happen again and then I would have wasted more of my time! I guess we all just have to accept getting bent over. I'm initiating a dispute for the charge of the game with my credit card company, so thanks EA, last game I ever buy from you chumps.

I have the exact same problem, just reverted to hours of saves ago. If i want i have to play those hours over again with zero guarantee that it will not happen again.
This renders this game unplayable and I demand my money back, where can I send the physical game to return it ?
