Will user be able to share single copy of game on a same system through steam?

The callout below was taken from the Steam Family Sharing FAQ.
Can all Steam games be shared with friends and family?
No, due to technical limitations, some Steam games may be unavailable for sharing. For example, titles that require an additional third-party key, account, or subscription in order to play cannot be shared between accounts.
Jedi Survivor does have these requirements, which can be seen on the Steam page itself.
Unfortunately, it seems unlikely this will be available for sharing as a result.
- @PalvinderDhudike As mentioned above, because EA forces you into their launcher you cannot share the game. However, you can always create multiple save files on the same account if you want to share it with someone, which is what I do for my steam games.
