Game shuts ps5 off

On my side, I don't have to unplug the console. (It is not exactly the same issue as this one. Why was it merged with it ?)

Just wait few second after it turned off and start it again.

I still can't play to this game !

This is good to see we are considered and some is helping...

As I said above, the issue is not coming from My console over heating because of dust as I don't have any inside. And I can play any other game for hours without issues.

This is only occuring with this game.

Is any one there to help or to investigate on this issue ?

My console legit shutoffs playing your game...like this is the worse experience I've had playing a game in my life (im 26) 

Same issue as a ton of the next generation users are having, both on PS5 and XSX. But no one has been able to get any help on any of the threads. Weeks and weeks and weeks after launch. Its wild. 

Issue still exist with patch 7.

Start save On South Valley of Koboh, start to walk and freeze.

But this time I was able to send a report to Sony. The console didn't stop itself.

How can I request a refund for this game as I can't play at all?

I bought it day one and I'm not able to pass the second planet........

After yesterday's update (June 22nd) the game stopped working,it loads until you select continue form the main menu.

Any thoughs? I've tried rebuilding the data base and nothing. I'm on a ps5 with disc (not the digital version).

Had this issue too during the utopa mission after using general kanobi! Black textures instead of what they should be screen goes green, shut off my PS5 and then when powering my PS5 back on caused it to go in repair mode then my external hard drive to go into repair mode too!
