Glitch in bounty hunter missions stopping progress. Find Masi, Finau etc..

Mine is glitched as well but differently. I can access the area with the hunters but they are not there. I remember killing them during the story mission to Nova but apparently it glitched out with my bounties with Caij. So now I can't get anymore bounties. I have tried resting, leaving planet and coming back, etc. Nothing work. Anyone else have this problem here or with other bounties?
