I left Nova Garon, finished the main story, came back and found the pipes blocked.  I left again did some random things on other planets, closed out the game, came back the next day and I was able to access the pipe shortcut and kill the bounty hunters.  Now I'm in the 11/16 bounties collected and can't progress bug club.

    I just encountered this on NG+ on PS5.  EA, please fix this soon, I would like to finish my playthrough
