Summarize your bug Rumors: Hangar Bay's quest to find Masi, Fenn, and Cleo is bugged. Once inside the domain between two hangar bay doors, the room with bounty enemies doors lock down, and you become trapped inside even after completing the mission.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1. Once you get the Rumors quest from Caij, go to the Nova Garon sector. 2. landing at the platform area, head to the left inside a door where a turbo lift will descend towards a control room with an opening path to the right, where the player wedges his way onto a beam right above an enemy group. 3. Clear the tactical imperial squad enemies and go out the main access door into a long hall where Masi, Fenn, and Cleo are staged for an assault. 4. Go through the big door; the door behind you and the other door next to the three bosses locks down. 5. Once killing Masi, Fenn, and Cleo and completing the mission are rewarded, both big doors "do not" open, leaving 💡 the player trapped or quitting to the main menu screen.
What happens when the bug occurs? I am locked inside a hallway where I killed the bosses Masi, Fenn, and Cleo.
What do you expect to see? I expected to defeat the three bosses by completing the Rumor without being stuck.

I have precisely the same problem as Workmagic, but on PC with New Journey+ on EA Version.
This is my second playthrough and first run using New Journey+. I have completed the main story and gone back to start collecting things and the odd quest here and there. I have all shortcuts on Nova Garon unlocked. I tried fighting them normally and also using darkside energy with the same end result. The doors do not unlock or have any other access points after the battle completes. This bug appears to be easily replicated with 100% certainty. I have tried saving at different locations on Nova Garon as well, and also restarting the game and attempting the bounty again. Each attempt has yielded the same result. I have also attempted to travel all the way through the facility from the beginning and also used the side access elevator from the shortcut. All access points yield the same result. Doors won't open after the battle is over.
