Glitch in the derelict dam

There seems to be a collectible glitch in the derelict dam area where I am trying to collect the last databank called “Dredger Gorge Raid” I collected it once and it played the audio and claimed I collected it but my number in the map says I’m still missing one collectible and that it is the last databank. I double checked online all the other databank collectibles and I looked in the database menu and I found that the “dredger Gorge Raid” was missing. I went to its location and it was glowing again. I then collected it again but found it did not play audio this time and it still did not register that I collected it. I found that every time I rest I can collect it and it never registers, even if I reset the game. I’ll progress in the story to see maybe it will fix itself . I am playing on an Xbox series X.
