Hanger Rafters door not open to Undiscovered area

Summarize your bug After beating Jo the Cannibal and the bounty hunters in the Lucrehulk, I returned to the Hangar Rafters to collect the last chest I hadn't opened in the area. From the med point, I went straight through the first door and turned left only to find that the next door would not open. I have travelled off-planet, reset the game, rested, etc. and have not solved the issue. I have opened the door previously and beaten the story fully.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Beat the bounty hunters, return to hangar rafters, try to go through door and fail.
What happens when the bug occurs? Door won't open.
What do you expect to see? Door open.

@ikko8irb34no  I've merged your post with another thread about this issue.  I think you need to go the long way around.  Please check out the video I posted in my previous reply.

Thing is…. That bridge they use in the video (time stamp 2:10) is up and I can’t pull it down

It is not just that door on the left when you go in. After fighting and defeating the big bounty hunter they have blocked all sorts of places with generally what look like power stations or transformers. They block access through cracks and even if you look up from hanger rafters meditation point they block the ability to run across the upper walls to get back through that big green window which would also take me to the back side. This is throughout this whole area. I can get close to lots of things but it is blocked. I know they wanted to block them to make you go fight the big boss, but now they should be opened again. Like the other person said I have left and come back several times with no luck.
