Help! Game breaking: Trying to confront Dagan at koboh observatory

I get to the area in foggy expanse or fogged expanse I forget where it’s all fiery and you got the dart ability from the fallen ship, I’m trying to get to Dagan and the platform I need to grapple up to that’s above where the ship was isn’t there. The ship is gone, there’s no metal plate on the ground where the grapple point isn’t… I can’t progress and I wanted to play for the next five hours :(

I’ve reset the game multiple times, nothing.
