Hunters Quarry Force Tear not Spawning

Product: STAR WARS Jedi: Survivor
Platform:PlayStation 5
Summarize your bug The Force Tear in Hunters Quarry does not spawn in the cave next to the priorite as it should. The map still indicates that there is 0 out of 1 Force Tears found.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure what can recreate this.
What happens when the bug occurs? Force Tear interaction does not appear.
What do you expect to see? Purple Force Tear interaction for completion of the Fractured Delusion Force Tear. Screenshots attached.

Remeidation of this bug will enable completion of the gold trophy on PS5.

    Try going into the house next to Doma's. The house
    has some weird robot eyes on it It's kinda of behind/next to Doma's. Got a gray roof

    and is square building. You'll have to slice
    the curtain lower the door and dash through the green
    door. Once in there talk to the guy and do whatever he
    wants and then check if it spawns after.

    @Shantyt I am running into this as well. A real bummer as this is preventing me from getting the platinum.
