I am Stucked in Singing Ruins

I am stucked in the plataform. I can't use force to attract the metal door

Is this bug going to be fixed? I'm on ps5 over 30+ hours play time and can't progress or regress. I don't want to start all over. I'd rather stop playing the game then waste any more time with it.
