No, unfortunately I haven't. I tried the jump/dash and pause glitch technique and made it to the other side but immediately fell into the chasm. Managed to do it like 4 times with the same results.

Hey, thanks for replying but unfortunately I have this game on the PS5. They refuse to address the issue I don’t have an option of returning to a previous save. Great system they have here.

Ps5, there are responses on here from five months ago and you still haven’t done anything. Hurry it up or start refunding.

Actually the best way is to find the previous save in the computer (c:\user\*name*\saved games\respawn\JediSurvivor and to delete the most recent save and keep the oldest
Exemple : delete the save "backup00_1.sav"(time 2h00) and "saveGames00.sav"(time 2h00 and keep "backup00.sav"(time 1h50)
The games will start with the previous save after that (that worked for me)

Are you still working here or what? Are you going to do your job and respond to the dozens of people asking you about the glitch in Jedi Survivor? At least let us know how we can get a refund because asking us to restart the game and spend 20+ hours of their life again is not acceptable. Would you do a job for more than 30 hours for free?

(VERSAO PC) Único jeito que consegui resolver foi usando o app de wemod lá você ativa a trapaça modo debug, isso vai adicionar uma opção nova (na tela aonde aparece para personalizar o jogador) chamada debug, só ir nela e depois na opção load e carregar um jogo salvo anterior

I'm having this same issue on my PC. Frustrating to have a bug for months and not have it resolved by EA. 42 hours into the game on now I'm forced to stop playing. I'm not going to start beck at 10 hours of play.

It shouldn't be this difficult to find support for a game. Especially when it's from a company as large as EA. It really seems they don't care about the consumer at all.
I agree, if nothing changes I will not by buying anything from EA.
