I am Stucked in Singing Ruins

It's pathetic.. about 11 hours of running through main objective..

It's ridiculous at this point. 3 weeks of a flagship game that is unplayable

How has this not been fixed yet? A $70 game being broken for this long is unacceptable and all users should be eligible for refunds

I'm also stuck.  The double door is shut can't get pass through.  I was testing my new dash ability at the cliff and died.   60% in the game progress don't want to lose all of it!   Please need update. This bug issue it's been forever to everyone waiting.

On ps5 thank you for the response, ive have been head 2 head in cfb since i was not able to progress and did not want to start at the very beginning 

how long did it take? this is super embarrassing.  Their programmers can't fix a door?

I started again on super easy.. put it up to normal after singing ruins and continued.. happen to get pass the problem area

I'm stuck at singing ruins..after getting the dash ability as the force pull prompt is not coming on the door..i am 26 hours in please do something
