I am Stucked in Singing Ruins

I've reached out to an interested class action lawsuit team about this issue since EA isn't providing us with what was promised in the sale of this game. I recommend others do the same so we can rightfully get our money back, which EA denied me. They said it was the retailer's responsibility, which is nonsense. The retailer won't do anything at this point and this is EA's problem. They need to be held accountable in a court of law.

@Syvel77 hey i was stuck also here for 2 or 3 days, i found a way to "fix" it, but it does take time and patience, on the right side of the door i was able to noclip it more or less 10 times the only problem is to do it just well enough to noclip and to do it in a way to not fall to your death, you have to spam Cross and Circle / A and B while looking to the gap between the metal pipe of the door and the wall, on PC just use cheats its easier believe me, here you can see a almost "successful" try

Oct 2 and this happened to me tonight on ps5. I am not gonna restart the game. I'll stop playing for a bit and hope for a fix.
