It shouldn't be this difficult to find support for a game. Especially when it's from a company as large as EA. It really seems they don't care about the consumer at all.
I agree, if nothing changes I will not by buying anything from EA.

I have the same problem, and it's very frustrating since I've already played for 25 hours. When I did some research and saw that the bug has existed for over a year, I was even more shocked. I don't think I'll ever buy a game from EA again.

I don’t have the same issue but I am currently dealing with a second bug that won’t let me progress through the story. Really enjoyed the game but Ive had it! I have a life and can’t be wasting my time replaying previous saved file. Let’s all admit that EA duped us with a broken game. Filthy!
I know and what EA did was wrong and still Selling this game with a Major bug and they know it. On this moment I am talking to my lawyer and we're going to court

I wouldn't hold your breath.. How many fixes that been released since this was opened years ago? EA is not only an incompetent company they are also maliciously profit oriented. Until this makes some kind of headline they aren't going to do a dang thing.
True Electronic arts Don't Care but Now you have a Customer who doesn't Care anymore about EA I will get my money back and they can stick the game where The Sun Don't Shine
