Hey Antekkongol - I was in touch with tech support. They had me turn off Ray-Tracing (it's in the Options / Visuals).
And I was able to pass the crash! Give it a try, hope that helps you too.

  • Verify Game Files

    • If you're playing on Steam or the EA App, use the "Verify Game Files" feature to check for corrupted files and repair them. This has helped many players with similar issues.

    2. Update Graphics Drivers

    • Ensure your graphics drivers are fully updated. Outdated drivers can often cause crashes during cutscenes.

      Lower Graphics Settings

      • Temporarily reduce graphical settings, such as turning off ray tracing or lowering post-processing effects. Players have reported that disabling ray tracing resolved cutscene crashes

        Skip the Cutscene

        • If possible, try skipping the problematic cutscene. Some players have bypassed crashes this way and continued playing.

        5. Reinstall the Game

        • If verifying files doesn't work, uninstall and reinstall the game. This can resolve deeper file corruption issues.

        6. Use Mods

        • You mentioned installing the "May Performance Be With You" mod. Another mod, "SWJS - Fixes and Improvements," has been reported to help with cutscene crashes.
          • If none of the above works, reach out to EA Support. They may have additional solutions or be able to escalate the issue for a fix.

Let me know if you'd like more detailed guidance on any of these steps. I hope you're back to enjoying the game soon!
