I'm stuck on Koboh during the playthrough

Summarize your bug I am on 28% completion of the game and I'm stuck on Koboh (I need to find some lab or something) and on Koboh opening doors doesn't work and the worst oart is I can't fight enemies, they are ungittable and I'm also invincible for some reason. I tried deleting the game, re-installing it and it still has the same bug, my playthrough is ruined because of this, somebody please help.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? On Koboh try fighting an enemy
What happens when the bug occurs? I can't fight enemies and open doors to the saloon or anything
What do you expect to see? For the bug to be fixed so that I can continue my playthrough
