I love this hole thread and what y'all have been talking about I couldn't agree more with everything... i was hoping a big improvement on the combat and it has somewhat been different , but the same boring repetitive ; eh somewhat changing characters; mobs ... and actively switching of saber stances would be a massive improvement ... if the mobs have different enemies together why not make the stances 'actively being about to change' ( in my head comes ghost of tsushima stances). and maybe those stances are weaker to certain foes , but stronger in different areas in those stances.. yes there is somewhat of and advantage .. but i would like a single stance to maybe be a bit stronger in force abilities (pull and enemy closer and parry the attack of him getting dragged to you after close contact and actively pull a blaster out and shoot him in the head; or even after the parry activate the other blade from dual sabers). i feel the lack of diversity kinda underwhealing. yes the stances are fun but there really isnt a draw back to having one over another tbh.. i would like more of a reward / risk situations to be more in depth..
.. and im kinda wondering , cool we got companions , but can u actively have them venture with u? ( dont know if that is further in the game or maybe NG+) .. yes some are for some lvls for those little parts to find them to 'recruit them' but having another 'human' companion would be kinda fun venturing the planets .. maybe some small talks throughout the different planets for more interactions with an active companion by ur side..

Yeah, being honest, I thought the different saber styles would play a bigger role in how you deal with various foes. It could have alot more of a punch to it. Affect which force powers you can use or how efficiently they can be utilized.
Though I am grateful and do enjoy them.SpoilerI hadn't expected them to go this route. I had imagined we'd learn some moves from Merrin. Though... maybe we still will? I don't know, not that far yet.I don't know if the bounty hunters change or if they're set, but it'd be cool if they'd cycle and maybe these special bosses would have have dependencies regarding which combat style or styles you used against them.

I think it's limited to certain zones. Not sure though. Would be a shame. It'd be cool to have companions join you in free roam. It kinda feels as if you can select someone but... ergh...
It always feels like you can only use them a couple of times before it's over, before you can really get a kick out of it.
Other than that, I'm surprised they didn't include (transfer) the mantis' costumization options from the 1st game.
