Install to PS5 digital from physical disk version?

I pre-ordered Jedi Survivor for my PS5 from Amazon. I forgot that I have a PS5 digital edition, and the only option to order from Amazon is a physical disk. Does the physical disk package contain a code that can be used on the PS5 digital edition?

I don't want to return it if I don't have to and lose my preorder bonus.
