Intel Arc A770 - Shadows and Ray Tracing not working correctly
Product: STAR WARS Jedi: Survivor
Platform:PC
Summarize your bug I'm using an Intel Arc A770 GPU. Though general performance is very good, raytracing does not work correctly. When it is turned on in any outside planet (Koboh, Jedha), the shadows are way oversaturated (see attached image), and it's impossible to see where you are going. Also, not sure if this is related or not, but shadows are very bugged (see second image)
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Raytracing bug: Use an Intel A770 GPU. Turn Raytracing On and go to Jedha or Koboh. You will see it immediately. Shadow Details bug: Set shadow details on Medium or higher while on Koboh or Jedha. Setting it on low the problem happens minimally, and only slightly noticeable when you are climbing on a beam or something. COURUSANT WORKS PERFECTLY FOR BOTH ISSUES, testing there will yield no results. Other A770 owners have reported the same problem. See the bug report here on Intel's bug tracker by another user: https://github.com/IGCIT/Intel-GPU-Community-Issue-Tracker-IGCIT/issues/297
What happens when the bug occurs? When raytracing is on, anything that is not lit by the sun is pitch black, almost like the contrast is turned too high. When raytracing is turned off, the ground below Cal starts flickering rapidly in black squares. Turning shadow details to low has minimized the problem so that the game is playable.
What do you expect to see? I would like this bug fix to be included in a patch in the near future. I would also really appreciate a response so that I know this wasn't dismissed.

- @Gargamel314 As of Jedi Survivor Patch 1.5 and driver version 4369, this has been fixed. Thank you EA!
