Is the Jedi Survivor Pre-Order outfit available in any way?

Ever since I’ve recently bought Jedi Survivor I’ve been  playing the game non-stop. Although I was wondering if I could still get the Obi-Wan cosmetic even though I didn’t pre-order it on PS5?
