Jedha Wind Physics Bug

Wind physics stopped working on Jedha in the Blustery Mesa on my way to “Reach Pilgrim’s Sanctuary”. I have primarily been playing on ps5 pro but have also tried to load up my save on a base ps5 and using the cloud service on the PS Portal. I am unable to progress and have tried everything.
