The same bug is present on the PC. Cable used to open grate wont release, stopping gameplay
After doing force pull the door opens to revel a plug, when you force pull it opens the door to block needed for puzzle completion, however it wont let the plug go, no other keyboard controls work, nor can you jump off the pedistal to pull the door open etc. Now I cannot procede in the story line.
It's not a bug. You need to know your keybinds or use a proper gaming mouse.
