I finished the mission “collapsed passage”, and went on the free roam for a bit, I then died and respawned back into the “collapsed passage” area (under the cantina on Kobah) and the final door to get out is closed, nothing will let me out.
should be able to take the elevator out in today's patch
Any update on a fix. This just happened to me as well. Put almost 5 hours in and I really don’t feel like restarting.

Please update ASAP on when we should see an Update to the game that will fix / patch this issue, as it’s an Issue I’m currently experiencing as well & is VERY frustrating for having just started playing the game & will be a burden to have to restart all my progress.
Easiest 2 fixes I can think of are the Grapple at the entrance becoming available to use after completing this area the 1st time, or the Golden Cube elevator coming back down to allow us to leave however many time we want. There is an Ascension cable floaty thing @ the entrance, but we haven’t unlocked the ability to use that at this point in the game.
When should we be expecting an update for this issue of being stuck in the collapsed passage?
